SHEILA FLEET JEWELLERY
We were thrilled to collaborate with Sheila Fleet Jewellery on one of our most ambitious projects to date. The renowned Orkney designer approached Splintr in late 2023 to explore relocating their Edinburgh boutique from Stockbridge to a larger, two-storey unit on Hanover Street, in the heart of the city.
A year later, the new space has opened — a serene and ethereal environment inspired by the dramatic landscapes of Scotland. The interior consists of many bespoke jewellery cabinets, striking artificial rock walls, a custom staircase and lift, and a meticulously programmed lighting system. Sculptural furniture and a striking palette of materials complete a space that is immersive, tactile, and unmistakably connected to Sheila Fleet’s roots in Orkney’s natural beauty.
