I.J MELLIS CHEESEMONGERS GLASGOW
I.J Mellis cheesemongers approached the team to design and implement the transformation of their Glasgow store. The brief was to divide the cheesemongers into two individual sections, the shop and a separate small cafe space to host cheese and wine evenings (affectionately known as ‘The cheese Lab’). We fabricated a large french industrial inspired steel and glass partition wall to separate the store from the dining area and furnished the space with steel and oak retail displays to echo the utilitarian aesthetic of their other stores.
