New to constitution street in the heart of Leith, Good Vibes Studios enlisted SPLINTR to create their vision for their dilapidated three story townhouse. The townhouse had laid abandoned for many years and was in desperate need of a complete overhaul. Our team worked tirelessly to restore the building, rework its layout and retain and restore its original features. We created kitchens, showers and toilets and multiple studio spaces throughout the building whilst the ground floor was converted into a record and homewares store with adjoining office space. Neutral tones and warm woods were used throughout to create a welcoming and cozy community space allowing artists to put their own mark on the studios.
