We worked with award winning restaurant Fhior, to re design and fit out their restaurant in Edinburgh’s New Town. For this leg of the Fhior project, we updated their main dining space and their kitchen pass area. The materials used here had to reflect the quality of the dining experience, so a lot of highly finished solid oak was used throughout the Scandi inspired space.
