Grams
Grams opened their first store in Haymarket in 2015. Five years later their ambition to make healthy food available to everyone has seen them grow from strength to strength. Having outgrown their Westend location, Grams approached our team after securing a very desirable unit in the increasingly sought after Hamilton place, Stockbridge. We worked with Grams to design an interior that would be an evolution of their existing brand, using their trademark pink accent colour and clean lines to create a bright and fresh space as a backdrop to their colourful plates.
We extensively refurbished the property, reconfiguring the space to facilitate a commercial kitchen, toilets and an events space at basement level. The space was brought to life with bespoke furniture, counter and shelving all fabricated in our Leith workshop.
